Who Should Attend

This is for you if:

You work in an accounting or advisory practice (or firm) and want to go beyond prompts into real, repeatable AI workflows.

You have heard about "AI agents" but are not clear what they are, where they help, and where they are still hype.

You want to see practical examples of agents in client work, internal processes and simple automations.

You prefer a hands‑on session where you design and build agents together, rather than just watch demos.

You have a team who wants to learn together and share agent ideas (contact us for multi‑seat pricing).

What you will leave with

  • A clear understanding of what AI agents are, how they differ from chatbots and one‑off prompts, and where they actually add value in accounting workflows.

  • A set of ready‑to‑use agent patterns and use cases for client work, internal processes and simple automations.

  • Several working agents built during the workshop, plus templates so you can rebuild or extend them after the session.

  • A clearer view of other ways you can automate processes with AI beyond agents, so you can choose the right approach for each workflow.

  • Practical guidelines on risk, oversight and controls for agents, so you know how to keep a human firmly in the loop.

  • A curated pack of agent ideas and examples collected from the whole group, so you can see what other practices and firms are exploring and borrow what fits your context.

This workshop is your chance to cut through the noise: a calm, practical look at agents in accounting, where they fit, and how to start in a way that is safe for your practice, firm and your clients.

Why this matters now?

Many practices and firms experimented with AI tools and Copilot in 2025. In 2026, the conversation has shifted to agents that can take on parts of real workflows.

Vendors and headlines talk about autonomous agents, but practices and firms need safe, controllable agents that sit inside real processes and approvals.

Without a clear understanding of what agents can and cannot do, it is easy either to over‑promise and scare people, or to ignore real opportunities to free up capacity.

Practices and firms that learn how to design sensible agent use cases now will be better placed as agent platforms mature.

This workshop is not a theoretical talk about the future of agents. It is a practical build‑along session focused on how accounting practices and firms can safely use agents in real workflows. You will design and build agents in the session, see what other practices and firms are trying, and leave with patterns, examples and resources you can take straight back to your team.
