AI Agents Are Coming! Let’s Make Sure You’re Prepared
We are hearing a lot about AI agents. It’s no longer a future thing. It’s a now thing.
Let me show you what they are so that you become a smarter builder and a smarter buyer.
From Nested Nightmares to an AI Prompt
I love how AI gives us superpowers!
Things that were hard to do become easy to do.
Let me show you one.
Only Verified Answers: AI Tools You Can Trust
Sometimes we need information that is accurate, complete and comprehensive.
Today, we’re diving into AI-powered research tools designed exactly for that.
Don't Buy an AI Agent Until You Try This
Do you want to play a game and learn about AI?
There's this fantastic new game that actually educates us on security with AI and where it goes wrong.
Let me show you.
Your Spreadsheet Just Got a Brain
Today we are getting a glimpse into how AI is reshaping spreadsheets, and I love it!
It is really a super simple way to automate a lot of your processes, even if they are not really numbers related.
I will show it in Google Gemini, it is not as easy in Microsoft Copilot, but I’m sure it’s coming there to.
Let me show you how it works.
Find Faster: AI That Searches All Your Data
Hi there,
Today I’m going to tell you about a new capability in ChatGPT — and how it appears in Copilot, Gemini, and other engines too.
And then I’ll tell you a bit of news about me.
Let me show you the new capability:
Let the AI Lead (Just a Little)
Sometimes we get AI to write a thing for us and it develops this whole big document, which is good, but it's not quite right.
Then we end up spending a lot of time trying to adapt it and adjust it and get it to what we want it to be.
And it can get a bit frustrating, and sometimes I just give up and start again.
There’s a better way.
Let me show you how I do it:
Can AI Make Us More Human?
I use AI all the time.
Not just to help me with my work, but also, to help me understand the world.
And today, I want to share with you a bit of an optimistic view of how I think AI can help us connect better as humans and maybe give us hope for our future as a society.
Let me show you what I mean:
Flawless and Useless: AI Answers That Miss the Obvious
I use AI all day, every day, for all my tasks, work and personal.
It helps me brainstorm and come up with new ideas, organise my thoughts and connect the dots that I didn’t connect — and I love that.
But sometimes it really misses the obvious, and we need to have awareness of that.
Let me show you what I mean:
Accuracy vs. Speed The AI Trade-Off in Action
Hi, today I want to show you that we can use AI, and then we can use AI even better!
I was giving a presentation to a room of accountants room and here's what happened:
Goodbye Generic AI, Hello Personalised Tools
We all have access to the same systems — but some of us get very little out of them, and some of us get a lot.
Today I want to tell you a bit about how to get a lot more from your AI products by getting them to know about you, and become more relevant — so they know how to help you best.
Let me show you what that looks like:
The Best Hire I Ever Made (and What It Taught Me About AI)
In 2021, I was Head of Technology and Innovation for a professional services firm in Melbourne, and I was hiring for a software development automation position in my team.
It was a grad position, so all the candidates were relatively young and inexperienced, a bit nervous in the interviews — but one of them really stood out.
Let me show you what happened — and what it taught me about AI:
Do You Want to Feel Good or Get Better?
We all share work with AI, and we ask: what do you think?
And we get a nice and supportive response with a few points for improvement and that's it.
But I want more.
I don't want AI to just be my friend that tells me you're doing great! and I just continue doing what I've already been doing.
I want it to be my advisory board that brings in all sorts of skills and perspectives and really makes me better.
Let me show you some examples of how I do that. All the chat URLs are at the bottom of this email:
What computer-using agents are (and why I think you shouldn't bother building automations right now)
Today I want to tell you about computer-using agents.
AI agents in general—is the idea that AI doesn't only talk to me about things but actually does things for me and this can happen by giving AI that we're using, like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, access to different apps. Imagine that ChatGPT can read and send emails, book events online or monitor and update documents.
Computer-using agents are agents that have access to a computer, or a browser, and we can just say to the AI: "Just go and click around and do things for me."
Let me show you three of the most exciting examples out there today:
Your Roadmap to Real AI Integration (Not Just Hype)
The most loved part of my keynotes?
Hands down—it’s the AI implementation roadmap.
Why? Because it’s not just talk about what AI could do—it’s a step-by-step guide on how businesses are actually adopting it.
If you've ever felt unsure about how to bring AI into your business—this roadmap is for you. It gives you a way to move forward confidently, no matter your starting point.
Let me walk you through it.
Let's Do Better Prompting (Lessons From a Bearded White Guy)
The internet was buzzing this week because ChatGPT has biases that think that we're all a bearded white guy.
I think there's a bit more to that.
Let me show you what happened and what I think was going on.
AI Literacy: Why You Need to Take AI for a Test Drive Now
Right now, every business must invest in paid, secured accounts for at least one general-purpose AI tool.
And when I say general-purpose AI tools, I mean ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini.
Bliss: The AI That Listens, Speaks, and Thinks At My Pace
One of the most powerful (and my top most favourite) capability of AI - is Advanced Voice Mode.
It means that I can have real conversations, at my pace, on my terms, on any topic, any time, day and night.
It's a very different experience from the rigid, inflexible voice assistants that we had before. Where we had to wait for them to finish talking, even if they go on a tangent we are not interested in.
With Advanced Voice Mode, you can have seamless, back-and-forth discussions. No more awkward pauses, no more robotic delays, no more interruptions when we need a moment to think. Just a smooth, natural conversation where you can interrupt, change topics, and adjust the speaking speed in real-time.
Why This Feature Stands Out
This is not just another voice assistant—it’s a real-time AI conversation partner that adapts to you.
Here’s what makes it so powerful:
No More Start-Stop Delays – Instead of waiting for the AI to finish speaking before you can respond, you can interrupt at any time to steer the conversation in the direction you want.
Adjust the Speaking Speed – If the AI is speaking too slowly, you can simply ask it to speak 20% faster to match your thinking pace.
Seamless Topic Shifts – If the conversation goes off track, you can redirect it instantly without having to start over.
Multilingual Capabilities – You can switch between languages mid-conversation, making it a powerful tool for language practice and cross-cultural discussions.
And finally, all your conversations are stored as chats in your ChatGPT account. So you can pick them up from your computer and continue the conversation in text. For example: what are all the things I said I should come back to? or: now write me a brief on this topic, or outline the manual we were discussing.
How Savvy People Learn Today
Have you heard about the AI that can create podcast episodes for you on any topic in minutes?
I’ve been using it, and I love it! It helps me get on top of complex concepts from multiple documents—while I’m walking, driving, or cooking. Now, I want you to experience the magic too.
How It Works
Getting started is simple, free, and takes just a few minutes:
Step 1 – Visit NotebookLM.Google and sign in with your Google account.
Step 2 – Upload your sources—PDFs, URLs, or even paste notes from various documents.
Step 3 – Click Audio Overview. The AI analyses the content, generates a summary, and creates a podcast-style conversation discussing your documents.
Step 4 – Hit Play and let the AI hosts walk you through the insights, key takeaways, and expert opinions.
This means no more skimming through endless documents or feeling buried under research. Instead, you can listen, learn, and engage with the content in real time.
